🚔 Wanted Male Arrested Following Proactive Patrols on the Winstanley Estate

Following concerns raised by local residents regarding activity in and around the Winstanley Estate, officers have increased patrols and visibility in the area to address community concerns and deter crime.

While carrying out these proactive patrols, PC Brennan and PC Seales identified a male who was wanted by police on an emergency recall to prison. Officers swiftly detained and arrested the male.

The male was subsequently taken into custody, where he remains while the recall process is progressed.

We would like to thank residents who continue to report concerns to us. The information you provide helps us target patrols where they are needed most and enables us to take positive action against those involved in criminality.

Officers will continue to maintain a visible presence across the Winstanley Estate and surrounding areas to provide reassurance, tackle crime, and address antisocial behaviour.
